This FAQ consolidates recurring questions we receive during onboarding calls and support tickets. We keep it updated as policies evolve.

How long do you keep my files?

Processed assets stay available for five minutes after delivery. The automatic cleanup service permanently deletes all files immediately afterward. Contact us if you need a temporary extension.

Which photos deliver the best results?

Photos with a clear subject, minimal glare, and proper cropping yield the sharpest enhancements. Straighten the image, remove frames, and ensure main faces fill at least one third of the frame before upload.

Can I upload RAW or TIFF files?

The web uploader accepts JPEG and PNG up to 10 MB. Compress RAW/TIFF sources to JPEG (quality ≥ 90) and crop tightly so the file stays within the limit while preserving detail.

Do you return the original image?

Yes. The download bundle includes both the enhanced image (and video if applicable) plus the original file you submitted.

What if I am not satisfied with the result?

Email us within 48 hours. We will review the case, offer a re-run where feasible, or provide a refund when the output does not meet our quality standards.
